14-Day Return Window: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging.
How to Start a Return: Simply contact our support team at support@levoraatelier.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., iDEAL, Credit Card) within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
